CLIENT’S OBJECTIVE:-
1) Develop relationships with as many potential customers as possible through customer service calls
2) Acquire additional business from existing customers
3) Identify new customers from previous requests for quotes from up to three years ago
LINK’S INVOLVEMENT
1) We used the existing records to contact companies who had previously requested a quote 3 years ago but had not gone ahead, on the basis that they would now be due for renewal.
2) We re-contacted previous clients that had moved on, for whatever reason, to renew their interest.
SUMMARY AND OUTCOME
1) The client received a steady stream of business opportunities.
2) The client gained a significant increase in the number of prospects available to them.
